Our Carriers are Stronger

Our carriers were tested at Container Testing Laboratory, INC, New York. The carriers were subjected to both wet and dry testing. A competitive product also was tested by the lab.

The following were test results for 6-pack bottle carrier

Forty (40) carriers each from Majestic Carriers and a competitor were subjected to Carrier Handle and Integrity Testing under different levels of dry and wet conditions. The integrity of paperboard carriers were tested by applying controlled pressure using a tensile testing device. The maximum force required for failure was recorded. Wet tests were conducted after submerging the carriers in water at 73 F for three minutes.

The results showed the vertical forces for failure of carriers by Majestic Carriers were 67.26 lbs and 31.41 lbs respectively for dry and wet conditions respectively, while the competitor product failed at forces 51.79 and 26.98 lbs respectively for dry and wet conditions. In horizontal testing, our carriers retained integrity till 46.77 and 17.84 lbs in dry and wet conditions, while the competitor product failed at 32.01 and 13.78 lbs respectively.

Zero Drops & Spillage

The unique saddle bag design also showed little spillage and few failures when subjected to jerk tests, whereas the competitor product showed vulnerability. Carriers by Majestic Carriers showed no failure after 90 repetitions, where the competitors product showed failure in every instance.
